You will need Credit Card details to make a booking. By making a booking at Ninth Wave you agree to our Booking & Cancellation policy below.

We book up quickly and the table cannot be secured until we receive these details.

We must be  informed of any dietary requirements at the time of your reservation.

While we are able to adjust our menu with advance notice for vegetarian/pescatarian, it is not possible to adapt the menu for complex dietary needs. Dairy products and gluten are used throughout our menus so would not be suitable for guests with severe lactose intolerance, vegans or those with severe gluten allergies.

Ninth Wave is a small  restaurant and as such, our continued viability relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our customers or adequate notice being given of any changes to plans or arrangements. Please note, we will not be able to split table bills.

Let us know if any of your party is celebrating a special occasion.             We welcome diners of 12 years of age and up.

Accordingly, the following applies:
Credit Card details will be required to confirm your booking.

1. Credit Card number
2. Your name as it appears on the card

3. Expiry Date (card must be valid for date of reservation)

4. Last 3 security numbers on back of card
5. Home and mobile Telephone Numbers

6. POSTCODE

We store this information for late charges only. It will not be shared. It will not be used for marketing. This information is stored securely. This information will be destroyed as soon as your booking date has expired.

Cancellation Policy
1.For  bookings or reduced numbers we require 14 days notice.
2. Ninth Wave reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to the given Credit Card details for any bookings cancelled or changed (reduced number) within this these notice periods.
3.In these instances, the cancellation fee will be £50 per person.

We will be offering 4-5 course lunches Wednesdays to Fridays. We also do larger party lunches 12-16 people for wedding and party functions on Sundays. Subscribe to our website to get our updates.
